Users must not engage in illegal use or infringe on the intellectual property rights of Glucose Goddess LLC. All the health information on our website is for information use only and should not be treated as medical advice. Please contact your doctor or emergency services if you suffer from an acute or chronic condition requiring treatment. 5. Sales and Transactions

5.1. Pricing and Payment Policies

All prices for products and services are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. We accept payments via credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are securely processed, and sensitive payment information is not stored on our servers.

5.2. Shipping Policies

Standard shipping: We offer standard shipping for physical products like the Anti-Spike Formula. Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the destination. International shipping is available; however, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes. Our shipping, return, refund, and cancellation policies are standard and align with industry practices. We do not offer warranties or guarantees on our products.

Shipping to Switzerland: For deliveries to Switzerland, the purchase contract is concluded between the buyer and MeinEinkauf AG, St. Gallen (CHE-331.561.017 MWST). MeinEinkauf AG also handles customs clearance, invoicing, and delivery in Switzerland. This service is included in the purchase price and any shipping costs that may be charged. To ensure smooth delivery to Switzerland, we inform you, for the sake of transparency, that MeinEinkauf GmbH in DE-Konstanz (DE285677365) is also involved in the supply chain. This does not incur any additional costs for the buyer.

5.3. Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policies

Returns and damaged products: We do not accept returns. If your product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us at team@glucosegoddess.com within 7 days of receipt to initiate a resend process of your product.
Cancellations: For one-time purchases, cancellation requests must be made before the order is shipped to be eligible for a refund. Subscription purchases of Anti-Spike Formula can be canceled in accordance with the specific terms outlined below in Section 5.4.
Digital Products: Due to the nature of our digital products (such as the Recipe Club and the PRO course), we do not offer refunds once access has been granted. 5.4. Subscription Terms for Anti-Spike Formula

When subscribing to the Anti-Spike Formula, customers agree to a minimum purchase commitment of two (2) months. Upon subscribing, customers will be billed for the first month immediately, and the subscription will continue on a monthly basis thereafter unless canceled. Subscribers can cancel their subscription after the initial two-month period. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least seven (7) days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month. If a subscriber chooses to cancel their subscription during the initial two-month period, they will still be required to fulfil the two-month payment commitment. No partial refunds will be issued for the initial two-month period. 
5.5. Product Warranties and Guarantees

Our products are sold as is without warranties or guarantees, except as required by law.

However, this does not apply to materials provided to paying customers in the PRO course, for which a separate Terms & Conditions is provided specifically.
