The Problem

Many of us have glucose spikes every day. And we don’t know it.

Glucose spikes are associated with:

Cravings for sugar, chocolate and candy

When our glucose levels spike after a meal and then drop an hour later, that activates the craving center in our brain. We feel an irresistible urge to eat sugar. Trying to resist won’t work! The solution is to solve the root cause: glucose spikes.

Constant hunger

If you compare two meals that contain the same number of calories, the one that leads to a smaller glucose spike will keep you feeling full for longer. Plus, if you have lots of glucose spikes, your insulin levels will be high - which will mess up your hunger hormones and make you feel hungry. If you want freedom from constant hunger, reduce your glucose spikes.

Fatigue after eating

When we eat a meal that gives us a glucose spike, our glucose levels crash about 2 or 3 hours afterwards. This makes us feel tired. If we want steady energy, it’s important to keep our glucose levels steady: avoiding glucose spikes is key.

Brain fog

Glucose spikes can lead to inflammation, which in turn impacts our brain: inflammation can slow down the speed of signal between our brain cells, and this can be felt as brain fog. For a clearer mind, reduce your glucose spikes.

Bloating

Inflammation—one of the processes set off by glucose spikes—can cause holes in the gut lining, so that toxins that aren’t supposed to get through do (this is what leads to leaky gut). This can increase bloating. With smaller glucose spikes comes a stronger gut lining, as well as healthier gut microbes, and less bloating after eating.

Inability to burn fat

When we get glucose spikes, insulin levels increase in our body. But when insulin levels are high, we cannot burn fat for fuel. To help our body burn fat for fuel, we need to reduce our insulin levels. The first step to do that is to reduce our glucose spikes.

Bad sleep

A common symptom of dysregulated glucose is waking up suddenly in the middle of the night with a pounding heart. Often, it’s the result of a glucose crash in the middle of the night. Going to sleep with high glucose levels or right after a big glucose spike is also associated with insomnia in postmenopausal women and sleep apnea in a segment of the male population. If you want a good night’s sleep, flatten your spikes!

Hormonal imbalances

Unsteady glucose levels can impact many hormones in your body. This is why people with glucose spikes have more menopause symptoms and are more likely to have polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). For a healthy hormonal system, help your glucose levels.

Acne, psoriasis, eczema

Many skin conditions, acne, eczema, psoriasis, are driven by inflammation, which is a consequence of glucose spikes. When we flattens our glucose curves, we help our skin from within. In a study in males aged 15 to 25, the diet that resulted in the flattest glucose curves led to a significant reduction in acne compared to a diet that caused glucose spikes. (Interestingly, they saw improvements even without reducing other foods known to contribute to acne, such as dairy products.)

Mulberry leaf

Mulberry leaf

White mulberry leaf (Reducose®, 250mg) contains DNJ, an alpha-glucosidase inhibitor which lets sugar molecules of your meal pass through to your microbiome without being absorbed into your bloodstream. Studies show that this can lead to up to 40% reduction in the glucose spike of the meal.

Citrus polyphenols

Citrus polyphenols

This lemon extract (Eriomin®, 250mg) contains eriocitrin and naringenin, natural flavonoids that regulate inflammation, increase antioxidant capacity and GLP-1. Studies show that it leads to long-term improvement in fasting glucose levels.

Antioxidants

Antioxidants

This is a concentrated blend of 100mg of vegetable extracts to provide natural polyphenols to your body. The vegetables are: broccoli, onion, tomato, carrot, spinach, Brussel sprout and kale. With this ingredient you will harness powerful benefits of vegetables on your health.

Cinnamon extract

Cinnamon extract

Cinnamon is the most widely studied glucose-improving plant. It helps your body uptake extra glucose as it arrives into your bloodstream, and has been proven to combat insulin resistance. The extraction ratio of this cinnamon extract is 12 to 1 which means that the 85mg included in the product is equivalent to 1g of cinnamon. In addition this extract has a very high quantity of polyphenols: 20%!

    Incredible Product!

I have been using Anti-Spike for 6 months. I have also incorporated some of the hacks recommended by Jessie whenever I can. I absolutely felt a difference in reduced cravings and increased energy within a day of starting the hacks. My last two labs, exactly one year apart, showed a significant improvement in my health markers. My A1c has dropped from 6.2 to 5.7 and my fasting glucose has gone from 116 and to 104. This product and the hacks are helping me change my health like nothing else. Thank you so much Jessie!!!

    My first 28 days.

I expected slow progress over several months to achieve the drops in glucose and loss of weight that happened in the first 28 days. Of course I also used tips from YouTube videos and the glucose goddess book on exercise and eating. Little things on a regular basis add up to goals achieved.

    A game changer supplement

I’m 35 and was diagnosed with pre-diabetes linked to PCOS. For years, I struggled to lose weight and manage my blood sugar — no matter what I tried, I was always stuck at the same weight.

I started taking Anti-Spike three months ago, and it truly feels like the missing piece. Combined with Jessie’s hacks, it has helped me keep my glucose stable and my hormonal symptoms have improved dramatically. The changes have been incredible: no more constant fatigue, intense cravings, PMS, or brain fog. I’ve been able to lose weight in a healthy way, and my periods have become regular again.

I honestly can’t recommend this supplement and Jessie’s hacks enough — they’ve been life-changing for me.

Everything you need to know about Anti-Spike Formula

How does Anti-Spike help reduce spikes in blood sugar after meals?

Anti-Spike works by using patented extracts of White Mulberry leaf (Reducose®) and Lemon polyphenols (Eriomin®), plus ceylon cinnamon and a blend of vegetable antioxidants to reduce the glucose spike of carbohydrate-rich meals by up to ~40%. These ingredients slow down glucose absorption and increase the body’s natural responses that moderate glucose levels.

What is a healthy blood glucose level range, and how can Anti-Spike help me stay within it ?

A healthy blood glucose level (fasting) is typically between ~70-99 mg/dL (or 3.9-5.5 mmol/L), and normal post-meal levels are usually <140 mg/dL (or <7.8 mmol/L) two hours after eating. Anti-Spike supplements help by supporting the body’s mechanisms (enzyme inhibition, antioxidant regulation, GLP-1 support) that help blunt large post-meal blood sugar spikes, helping you maintain more stable and normal blood sugar levels.

When and how should I take Anti-Spike to lower blood sugar levels ?

The recommended dosage is 2 capsules per day, taken just before your highest-carb or highest-sugar meal. That way, the active ingredients are in your system to reduce the blood glucose spike caused by that meal. The results are immediate (decreased post-meal spikes) and also progressive (good influence on fasting glucose, insulin, and GLP-1 over time).

Will Anti-Spike interfere with the absorption of other nutrients or medications ?

Anti-Spike’s ingredients act specifically to moderate sugar absorption and support glucose regulation. There is no indication from the published info that it blocks absorption of other nutrients. However, if you are taking medications (especially for blood sugar, thyroid, or other metabolic-related reasons) ask your healthcare provider before taking Anti-Spike. Anti-Spike is not a replacement for prescribed medication.

Is Anti-Spike safe for people with diabetes or prediabetes ?

Anti-Spike is designed for generally healthy adults seeking to improve blood sugar regulation. If you have diagnosed diabetes (type 1 or type 2), are taking glucose-lowering medication, or have prediabetes, you should consult your doctor before use. While it may support healthy blood glucose levels, it is not a substitute for medical treatment or prescribed therapy.

What are the possible side effects of Anti-Spike ?

What are the possible side effects of Anti-Spike ?

Because the active ingredients are natural and plant-based (mulberry leaf, lemon extract, cinnamon, vegetable antioxidants), side effects are expected to be minimal. That said, some people may experience mild digestive discomfort, like gas or changes in bowel movements, especially when starting. If you experience any adverse reaction, discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider.

Note: people with sensitive digestion or allergies to certain plants or vegetables should check the full ingredient list above.

Can Anti-Spike reduce sugar cravings ?

Yes, one of the benefits people report when their blood sugar is more stable is reduced sugar cravings and feeling more satiated after meals. When blood sugar and insulin swings are moderated (via reduced glucose spikes), this tends to help reduce the urge to snack. Some ingredients (like Eriomin® lemon extract) are associated with increased antioxidant capacity and lower inflammation, which also support metabolic health. Anti-Spike is not a weight-loss medication, but it can be a very helpful part of a balanced approach with diet and lifestyle.

How does Anti-Spike compare to foods with low glycemic index in keeping blood sugar stable?

Foods with a low glycemic index (low GI) generally lead to smaller increases in blood sugar. Anti-Spike complements this approach: when you do eat higher-GI or high-carb meals, Anti-Spike aims to lessen the magnitude of the blood sugar spike. Using Anti-Spike along with low GI foods, fiber, proteins, and correct meal order (for example, veggie first) gives stronger blood sugar control than relying on food choice alone.

How long before I might see changes in my fasting glucose or blood sugar readings?

You can start feeling the benefits of Anti-Spike within just a few days. Clinical studies on its key ingredients show both short-term effects on post-meal glucose spikes and long-term improvements in fasting glucose, insulin, and HbA1c when used consistently.

  • Week 1: Many users see up to 40% smaller glucose spikes and 30% smaller insulin spikes, leading to steadier energy, fewer crashes, and reduced sugar cravings.
  • Month 2: Studies report measurable changes — about −8 mg/dL in fasting glucose, −0.47 mmol/L in HbA1c, and −0.58 μIU/mL in fasting insulin after 8 weeks of consistent use.
  • Month 3: The lemon extract in Anti-Spike has been shown to increase GLP-1 levels by up to 22%, which may help naturally regulate appetite and glucose response.

According to a survey of over 800 Anti-Spike users, 87% reported better energy, fewer cravings, and improved overall well-being after 3 months. These results show that while you can feel changes within a week, lasting improvements in blood sugar balance and metabolic health typically appear after 2–3 months of consistent use : ideally paired with my Glucose Goddess Method hacks (see my science episodes on the glucose hacks).

Is Anti-Spike vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, and suitable for special diets (low-carb, keto)?

Yes. Anti-Spike is formulated to be 100% vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, and dairy-free, and is compatible with low-carb or keto diets. The capsule shell is plant-based, and the ingredient sourcing has been chosen to meet those dietary preferences.
