Best Protein Powders

9 MONTHS THAT COUNT FOREVER

During my pregnancy, I became obsessed with finding the best protein powder possible.

The criteria I was looking for were:

  • Something I could add straight into my morning coffee. So that even when I didn't have the time or energy to make breakfast, I could get 20g of protein with zero effort.
  • No artificial anything. I tried to be as careful as possible about what I put into my body, so that my baby didn't get exposed to any artificial stuff.
  • No flavourings. So that I could mix my protein powder into literally anything. Coffee, yogurt, smoothie, matcha, coffee, chai latte, cookie batter...
  • No chalky texture or weird aftertaste. This was super important to me because I wanted it to be enjoyable rather than just have to chug my drink just to get it over and done with.
  • No sugar. This was a non-negotiable. So that my glucose stayed steady.
  • No sweeteners, no gums, no fillers. Basically avoiding any unnecessary ingredients.
  • No growth hormones, no antibiotics. So that I could trust what I was putting into my body.
  • Whey isolate from grass-fed cows. It's the best type of protein powder out there for absorption and protein quality. (Vegan protein powders usually have tons of additives and flavorings, are made with chemical processing, and usually contain high heavy metal contamination)
  • Third party tested for heavy metals and microplastics. So that my baby was protected from any avoidable toxicity.

I wanted a protein powder so pure that it didn't need any additional ingredients to hide the taste.

I know my criteria were... nearly impossible, to say the least. But I was determined!

And after testing 50,000 different protein powders, I decided to do my own research. So I went and talked to engineers, taste experts, farmers, researchers.

And in the end... I decided to create my own protein powder.

One that would fit all my criteria, and end up exceeding my expectations.

So I present to you.... Protein Prodigy: the best protein powder for your morning drink.

Simply add 2 scoops and froth.

The result: 20g of protein in under 30 seconds, with the taste of a splash of milk.

It's cold-microfiltered, which means it's made with no heat and no chemicals, to preserve the native protein structure, so your body gets all the benefits of the protein inside.

It's high in leucine, a super important essential amino acid to support muscle health.

And it's so pure that it doesn't need anything to mask the taste.

Honestly I can't recommend any other protein powders because I haven't found anything comparable to Protein Prodigy.
