When our glucose levels spike after a meal and then drop an hour later, that activates the craving center in our brain. We feel an irresistible urge to eat sugar. Trying to resist won’t work! The solution is to solve the root cause: glucose spikes.

Constant hunger

If you compare two meals that contain the same number of calories, the one that leads to a smaller glucose spike will keep you feeling full for longer. Plus, if you have lots of glucose spikes, your insulin levels will be high - which will mess up your hunger hormones and make you feel hungry. When we eat a meal that gives us a glucose spike, our glucose levels crash about 2 or 3 hours afterwards. This makes us feel tired. If we want steady energy, it’s important to keep our glucose levels steady: avoiding glucose spikes is key.

Brain fog

Glucose spikes can lead to inflammation, which in turn impacts our brain: inflammation can slow down the speed of signal between our brain cells, and this can be felt as brain fog. For a clearer mind, reduce your glucose spikes.

Bloating

Inflammation—one of the processes set off by glucose spikes—can cause holes in the gut lining, so that toxins that aren’t supposed to get through do (this is what leads to leaky gut). Going to sleep with high glucose levels or right after a big glucose spike is also associated with insomnia in postmenopausal women and sleep apnea in a segment of the male population.     Smoooth! Seeing and feeling a difference in 2 weeks

    At only 12 days I’ve noticed my glucose spikes have smoooothed :) out and the recovery to Time In Range is a bit faster as well. I’m recently wearing a CGM to monitor my glucose and find it enormously helpful to see my own results in an instant.     After trying dozens of methods, for me this was just one of many attempts.... Instead, it turned out to be an essential tool for feeling good at mealtimes. I definitely have more energy, I don't have a stomach ache anymore, it increases my sense of satiety, in short, combined with the other tricks suggested by Jessie, it really is a fantastic formula!!! It is for me and although I'm surprised I have very good results!!!

    Thank you for such a wonderful product and the effort to market it worldwide

    I personally have no particular health problems except that I am entering perimenopause. I take the pills regularly before meals and I have noticed that I crave food less and that I feel more energetic. I also give the supplement to my son who has DM type 1 and we have noticed a decrease in his blood sugar fluctuations. I follow him regularly through monitoring and his sugars are much more stable.     Feeling normal

    The anti-spike along with the other glucose hacks have allowed me to eat without restriction. I am what I consider an “all or nothing” person when it comes to food ,and it has allowed me to enjoy the foods I crave in moderation without any of the guilt. And after eating I don’t feel that rise and crash feeling.

    Makes a big difference for me...

    I've been taking anti spike twice a day with meals, I'm insulin resistant and find anti spike has helped give me back a fuller nights sleep. I was having to go to the loo 6 or 8 times a night, now once or twice. I'm 72.
