I personally have no particular health problems except that I am entering perimenopause. I take the pills regularly before meals and I have noticed that I crave food less and that I feel more energetic. I also give the supplement to my son who has DM type 1 and we have noticed a decrease in his blood sugar fluctuations. I follow him regularly through monitoring and his sugars are much more stable. The anti-spike along with the other glucose hacks have allowed me to eat without restriction. I've been taking anti spike twice a day with meals, I'm insulin resistant and find anti spike has helped give me back a fuller nights sleep. I was having to go to the loo 6 or 8 times a night, now once or twice. I'm 72.
