In April 2019, the @GlucoseGoddess instagram was born.

I started it to be able to share my glucose data with my friends and family. But then, it grew way beyond what I had imagined.
Today, almost a million people are in the community, learning the latest glucose science, getting inspiration to make changes in their lives, and sharing their journeys.
As a scientist focused on spreading the importance of managing glucose to maximize health, I am always looking for the best way to help people improve their lives. I started the Glucose Goddess community on Instagram, but I wanted to give us an opportunity to meet in person!

Supper Clubs are the perfect way to meet community members worldwide and talk about their lives, struggles, and health journeys. My goal is to get to know all their stories and create local communities where anyone can share experiences and knowledge.
Why I created Supper Clubs
Supper Clubs are a safe space where people from the Glucose Goddess Community meet to share and learn together. To offer the best experience for every guest, I plan every detail:

Every guest receives a warm welcome to the evening and an aperitif.

I share my story, answer questions, and meet everyone one-on-one.

At every table, there are unique cards with funny ideas and exciting questions to break the ice and get to know each other.

Every guest gets a thank you package that includes merchandise and graphic material especially personalized for the event.

The menu is designed to be glucose-steady, healthy, and delicious.

I talk with each guest and ask them about their experiences, doubts, struggles, and health journey.

And, the most important thing: every Supper Club is a unique and special event, just like the people who participate!
